Change the world one meal at a timeGustOrganics is the first USDA certified 100% organic restaurant in the States (and as far as we know, in the world!) and we are looking into the phase 2 of its development. Alberto was able to establish the concept in New York city and break even in 10 months in 2008 (a very bad year for many). But the goal is not to have a cool restaurant, we want to offer certified organic food at an affordable price to as many people as we can. Our plan is to expand into New York city further and in one year move to the West Coast. This is not a restaurant, this is a triple bottom line business to spread awareness about what we are eating and how that affect our health, in this unique period of change and transformation, where people are looking for new points of reference.
